We didn’t make it into the water on Saturday. After eating a late lunch the weather obviously didn’t cooperate.The radar showed some nasty weather over your way, I hope you guys didn’t get pounded.

We really enjoyed our trip to your store and wanted to thank you for an extremely pleasant buying experience.
We “launched” our new Hurricane Santee 116’s  Sunday afternoon and we were completely pleased with the results. We were pleasantly surprised that the 116’s keep nose on point just as well as our 14.5’ Whister’s (In fact maybe even better because both of our Whistler’s tend to track to the left).
Their lightweight is obviously another giant positive. After a long day of paddling, it was a breeze to carry them out of the water and load them up.
If only all businesses would take note of your philosophy on selling a great product at a fair price while providing unsurpassed customer service; but I suppose while others come and go, this is why you are still going strong after 44 years.

Thank you very much for doing an excellent job when winterizing our boat.  Most importantly, we sincerely appreciate that you thoroughly inspected the entire boat and trailer, identified anything that needed attention, and took care of it.  Your attention to detail is awesome and gives us great confidence in your work. 

Just wanted to say thank you for your advice, great service, and patience with all of our questions.  My husband and I came to you this spring and traded in our Old Town Loons for a pair of Hurricane Tampico 135L's.  Since then we've kayaked the Susquehanna several weekends, and just returned from a trip to Lake Placid NY, where we kayaked the Raquette River, Lake Flower & the Saranac Lakes, Fishing Creek, Rainbow Lake, and the North Branch of the Saranac.  I've included a picture of my husband with our boats on the shore of Rainbow Lake in upstate NY.  The Tampicos easily handle choppy waves, lots of wind, and speedboat wake, and always give us a smooth fast ride.  We love the stability, responsiveness, and SPEED of our new yaks.  And it doesn't hurt that they sure are pretty!

After purchasing our new Old Town Adventure Kayaks, we had to run right out and give them a try.  This is the Susquehanna River Just south of Goldsboro.  Note 3 mile Island in the background. (pictures in slideshow above)

They were just what we wanted and handled like a dream!

Hi Dale,
I purchased a Hurricane Tracer from you folks in July.  I absolutely love this boat!  The bad side is that all my friends are jealous and want one. I'm surprised at how many people think the boat is fiberglass.  It's really beautiful, and fast.  So far I've only had it in lakes but next month it's headed to the shore for some bay and (maybe) ocean trips.

Just a quick note to say thanks for your help regarding the Mighty Mite Kayak Cart. I got the new kickstand installed and the cart is working fine. Now I can go find the Loons.

Pictures taken along the AuSable River just below the Mio Dam in Mio, Michigan. (pictured above) This was the maiden voyage for the canoe we bought from you earlier in the spring. Thanks for all the help, we continue to enjoy outings. This summer we’ve also canoed the Sandusky River in Tiffin, OH and several lakes and the Yellow River in Chequamegon National Forest outside Gilman, WI.

You may have already gotten word, but I picked up the boat from FedEx yesterday - and was out on the water at our mostly frozen local lake 30 minutes later. Yeeha! Thanks for your assistance. You've all been a pleasure to work with.

Thank you so much for locating this part.  No other source was responsive or productive.  I knew I could rely on someone from “back home” to come through for me.
Although I am surrounded by kayak shops out here, from this point on, regardless of our kayaking needs, we will be using Lancaster County Marine.

I just wanted to drop a note and thank everyone for their time yesterday. We really left feeling we made a good decision regarding the boat we choose. (19' Bayliner) I think everyone there strives to hit a home run when it comes to customer service and satisfaction... couldn't have been better!
