Current Job Openings Include:
1. Office Manager/Assistant - We are looking for friendly individuals that are comfortable to greet customers, answer phone calls, and assist with paperwork. A PA state Notary would also be a great asset. This is a part time/full time position for the right candidate, 20 to 40 hours. This individual will work closely with Dale. Daily duties involve answering incoming calls, secretary work/taking phone messages and notes, filing kayak and canoe warranty information, and business filings. Office experience is required.
Pay: Starting at $16 per hour part time. Full time pay based on experience.
Hours: Part Time, 2 to 3 working days a week with weekends off with up to 20 hours per week. Full time work, Tuesday through Saturday 40 hours per week with Sunday & Monday off.

2. Shop Mechanic (2 Open Positions) - Someone with mechanical experience preferably boat engines with a desire to pursue that field further. This job would be a Full Time opportunity, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with weekends off. Our shop mechanics do a wide range of jobs, including prepping new and used Sold Boats before pick up, Repairing and Maintaining customer engines, Trailer Inspections and Winterizing boats. We are looking for someone that is motivated to learn and become apart of our Service Team! You will enjoy learning from some of the best Marine Mechanics in the industry as you grow your knowledge and gain experience on fixing marine engines. Our Team is dedicated to serving our customers with integrity, and working hard to provide our customers with safe and happy boating memories!
Pay: Starting at $16 per hour, with immediate growth after 12 weeks. Candidates with experience can discuss higher wages upon being interviewed.
Hours: Full Time, 40 Hours per week. Monday through Friday, overtime opportunities for Saturdays for those that show a desire and have the necessary experience.

3. Shop Assistant (1 Open Position) - We are looking for someone on a Full Time and/or Part Time availability that can help with smaller everyday duties that help keep our storefront and service department to keep flowing. This job would be 20 to 40 Hours per week. Job duties on a daily basis would include:
- Restocking sold Kayaks, Canoes and SUP's
- Helping with Prepping Sold New Chaparral and Robalo boats, as well as Used Boats.
- Assisting in unloading Trucks of Kayaks, Canoes and Powerboats.
- Being a helping hand to our shop technicians as they need tools or an extra set of hands.
- Assisting in prepping trailers for pickup. This includes checking lights, lugs, tire pressures, wheel bearings, and getting trailer numbers documented.
We are looking for someone that is motivated, reliable and a good listener, someone willing to learn simple jobs. Our shop has great teachers that can help to train you in how to do these jobs.
Pay: Starting pay is $16 per hour.
Hours: Part Time hours would be around 20 hours per week, Full time is Monday through Friday 40 hours per week.

4. Assembly Team for Trailblazer Kayak Trailers - We are looking for one person that can assist in building Trailblazer Kayak trailers. This position is exciting, and requires you to work well with your hands! These kayak and canoe trailers are custom as each trailer sold is rigged and built differently. During the busy summer season we always have Trailblazers being built in our shop. This job position requires some heavy lifting of up to 100 lbs. We want someone that is motivated, and particular as each trailer has build specifications, and it is a critical job to build these trailers so that they are safe on the roads. You will work closely with Duane, requirements are that you can work well with others and work well with your hands and machinery. This position is Part Time/Full Time with hours ranging from 20 to 40 per week with weekends off.
Pay: Starting at $15 per hour with potential for growth after 3 months of evaluation.
Hours: Part time, 20 - 40 hours per week. In the winter, your job can crossover to the Shop Assistant position.
During the warmer months as our store gets very busy, we find that it would be helpful to have additional people to help build these popular trailers! The Trailblazers are a trailer that we ship Nationwide, and sell heavily on the East Coast.
